Woolaringa Meats
In September 2009 Woolaringa Meats opened as a retail butcher shop, located at 112 Kinghorne Street, Goulburn.
We provide free range beef from our own farm and at times purchase cattle from local farmers that suit our specifications. We have found the Square Meaters/Murray Grey carcasses that we process; consistently yield high, have even fat distribution and excellent eating qualities and are just what we are looking for to supply the local domestic market.
Pigs are sourced from Limerick Free Range Pork operating near Crookwell, which guarantee that all pigs have been born and raised free range, living their whole lives grazing in paddocks.
Breakout River Meats at Cowra supplies us with high quality lambs.
A selection of flavoured sausages are made which include; Continental, Pork and Fetta, Italian, Bratwurst and our Tasty Original sausages.
Speciality items are available on request, including a spit for hire.
We guarantee our meat to be free of Preservatives, Hormones & Growth Promotants (HGPs).
